Berthaly Family Appeal

Thumbnail

Nathan “Nato” Berthaly was a valued Wanderers member and a key part of the formation of the RBB and the atmosphere they helped bring to Wanderland.

Sadly Nato passed away in March this year. In the past fortnight his wife, Kelly, tragically also succumbed to health problems, leaving behind their two young children.

On behalf of the NRMA Insurance Western Sydney Wanderers Club and Players, an exclusive Berthaly Family Appeal will commence at kick-off of our match tomorrow night with an online auction of Wanderers exclusive personal player signed gear with all proceeds going to the family.

From jerseys and boots to private training sessions, the items the players have personally donated are truly incredible!

One of the two most notable auction items is Dario Vidosic’s match worn jersey from last round against Brisbane Roar. The jersey has been signed by the whole squad as well as head coach Tony Popovic and coaching staff.

The other notable item is a dinner for seven (four mates and three players) with Dario, Jacob Pepper and Scott Neville at Restaurant 317 in Parramatta.

To support the Berthaly Family Appeal visit wanderersauctions.com.au and support a very worthy cause. The auction items go live at kick-off on Saturday.
