NRMA Insurance Western Sydney Wanderers will get their inaugural Westfield FFA Cup campaign underway with a clash against Adelaide City on 12 August.
Western Sydney Wanderers are set to travel south for their maiden Westfield FFA Cup fixture after being drawn to face South Australia-s Federation Cup winners Adelaide City.
Adelaide City or ‘the Zebras- are a former National State League side, coached by NSL great and five time leading goal scorer Damian Mori, who qualified for the final 32 of the Cup following their defeat of West Adelaide in the 2014 Federation Cup Final.
The Wanderers will head into the encounter with City after six weeks pre-season training ahead of a busy 2014/15 schedule which also includes their AFC Champions League Quarter Final against Guangzhou Evergrande and the Hyundai A-League 2014/15 season.
