Playing in all but four minutes of the entire 2015/16 season, Jamieson made 32 appearances for the Red & Black in the Hyundai A-League and Westfield FFA Cup.

Jamieson said it was a thrill to play for his hometown Club and was proud of what he achieved with the team in his season in the Red & Black.

“It’s been truly enjoyable: I’ve learned so much playing for this special club. It has been so important to me because I grew up in the heart of Western Sydney and to be able to play for them and do so well was an incredible experience,” said Jamieson.

“I might sound a bit biased, but having grown up in the area it was an absolute honour to play for the Wanderers and who knows what might happen in the future.

“Making the decision to leave was about taking an opportunity for a new experience. I want to embrace a new culture which is something that I feel as a person excites me. It was a hard decision, playing for this club was truly rewarding on a professional and personal level. It took something big for me to leave and this opportunity is that.

“I honestly want to thank the fans and the Club. Having the support this club gets not just on game days but from Monday to Friday is truly something special. As a Westie I feel I am a part of them and they are a part of me.”
