Western Sydney welcomed the return of not one, but two of their competitors as they took on a Wellington side who had suffered defeat at the hands of the top of the table Melbourne Victory.

Xbox: Justin “N8 JustManUtd” Josevski 3-4 Joseph “N8 OhNoAGoat” Nassar

Having returned from a tough FUT Champions Cup in Singapore, where he faced three of the world’s top ten FIFA players, Western Sydney’s OhNoAGoat looked to regain some confidence as he took on Wellington’s JustManUtd.

A back and forth first leg saw JustManUtd open the scoring in the 21st minute after Ronaldo Nazario broke through the defence and slotted home the rebound after missing his first attempt. Kylian Mbappe equalised for OhNoAGoat in the 30th minute. Eusebio then retook the lead for JustManUtd in the 68th minute before Kylian Mbappe again equalised for OhNoAGoat in the 83rd minute seeing the first leg end 2-2.

It was again none other than Kylian Mbappe who opened the scoring in the second leg, although this time it was for JustManUtd. OhNoAGoat quickly equalised just two minutes later with his own Kylian Mbappe, before grabbing the eventual winner in the 74th minute with Cristiano Ronaldo which saw the second leg end 2-1.

PS4: Omer “oCenk_” Cenk 5-6 Joel “N8 Jaz” Andruszkiewicz

After making the quarter finals at the FUT Champions Cup in Singapore, Jaz looked to turn around his E-League form against Wellington’s oCenk.

Things didn’t start well for him either as Kylian Mbappe sprinted onto the end of a through ball from Ronaldo Nazario to open the scoring for oCenk in the 44th minute before Jaz equalised in the 61st minute courtesy of an El Tornado from Neymar. Jaz then took lead as Pele finished from an acute angle in the 77th minute, before oCenk answered with two more goals of his own to lead 3-2. However, Jaz converted from the penalty spot in the 94th minute to secure a 3-3 first leg draw.

Jaz opened the scoring in the second leg in the 19th minute through Ronaldo Nazario, but oCenk managed to equalise eight minutes later through Cristiano Ronaldo. Jaz then scored in the 54th minute and oCenk again equalised in the 67th minute through Fijian Roy Krishna with Jaz scoring the eventual winner in the 70thminute to win 3-2 in the second leg.
