Markus Babbel has named his 25-man squad for tomorrow night’s FFA Cup Round of 32 match against Hellenic AC in Darwin.
The match will mark Markus Babbel’s official introduction to Australian football and as someone who has won the FA Cup with Liverpool in 2001, Babbel is sure to take this competition seriously and won’t allow his side to take their opponent from the Top End lightly.
The Red & Black will be looking to go one better in this year’s edition of the Cup, having been knocked out by Adelaide United in the semi-final at Campbelltown Stadium last year.
The Round of 32 fixture will be the first time the Wanderers will play in the Northern Territory and it will also be the first time Hellenic AC will play on the national stage.
