On Sunday evening, the Western Sydney Wanderers will face Sydney FC at Marconi Stadium with a win taking the squad to their second consecutive Foxtel Y-League Grand Final.

Sydney are currently top of the Foxtel Y-League Conference B table, level on points with the Red & Black but slightly ahead on goal difference.

The Red & Black will need to keep an eye on Sydney midfielder Marco Tillio, who has scored four goals this Foxtel Y-League season including netting the opening goal in Sydney’s last game, a 3-0 win over Canberra United.

For the Wanderers, Oliver Wiggin could be one to watch on Sunday. Wiggin played for the Wanderers in 2016 and 2017 after joining the Academy from Football NSW Institute.

After stints at Manly United and Northern Tigers, the 18-year-old has returned to the Wanderers for the 2018/19 Foxtel Y-League campaign, putting in some impressive performances on the wing.

Samuel Silvera is another Wanderers player with huge potential. After playing his junior football for Football NSW and Blacktown City, Silvera joined the Wanderers Academy in 2017.

The tricky winger was an instant success for the Red & Black, scoring 16 goals in 20 matches for the U20 squad.

Also capable of playing as a central attacking midfielder, the 18-year-old is now a regular part of the Wanderers Academy set-up playing both in the NPL 2 first grade and Foxtel Y-League squad.

The last time the Wanderers faced Sydney FC in this competition, a first half spot kick from Marley Peterson was enough to give the Red & Black a 1-0 victory.
