Western Sydney Wanderers players and fans combined at Westfield Parramatta on Thursday 23 January with hundreds turning out to meet the Hyundai A-League, Westfield W-League, Foxtel National Youth League and Powerchair squads.
Fans were able to enjoy an array of activities including a FIFA 14 tournament where fans were able to qualify to play on the big screen at Pirtek Stadium, giveaways, Wanderers trivia and of course a meet and greet with the entire Hyundai A-League squad taking part in a signing session.
The day was another celebration of the community and club uniting with fans of all ages and backgrounds taking part in the event.
It was also a chance for the player to personally meet the fans; an opportunity they appreciated.
“There are so many young kids coming out to meet the players today, it really is another great day for the Wanderers,” said Ante Covic.
Captain Michael Beauchamp too was full of praise for the event.
“We are definitely one club, today brings everyone together,” he said.
