Hayden Foxe

A former Socceroo boasting impressive European pedigree and Hyundai A-League experience, Hayden joined the Wanderers in 2015 as assistant coach to Tony Popovic.

Hayden began his footballing career with Blacktown City Demons before moving to Ajax in 1995 where his reputation as a gifted young defender began to prosper.
 
After a transfer to the J-League with Sanfrecce Hiroshima, Hayden then spent years playing under Harry Redknapp at West Ham and Portsmouth before a short stint at Leeds led to a return to Australia with Perth Glory and Sydney FC.
 
In 2012, Hayden took on the reigns of the Melbourne Heart (now Melbourne City) youth team, before becoming assistant coach of the first team in 2013.
 
Hayden joined the Wanderers in 2015 as assistant coach to Tony Popovic.
