Gemma Cooney from House with No Steps says that partnership is all about supporting and ensuring that the team feels a sense of inclusion in the community.

“It’s really about all the team and listening to their stories about what they have had to overcome to get here today,” said Gemma.

“We want to see people enjoying themselves and being part of the community and not segregated.”
