Ins & Outs: City v Wanderers

Dean Heffernan

Head coach Dean Heffernan has named his squad for tomorrow night’s Westfield W-League clash against Melbourne City at Frank Holohan Reserve.

It’s set to be a battle for pride with both the Wanderers and City out of Finals Series contention this season.

The Red & Black will be looking to repeat the feats of their last result against City where they secured a hard-fought 1-0 win at Wanderers Football Park.

Leena Khamis was the hero adding a composed and clinical strike after Teigan Collister’s pass had capped a swift counter-attack, netting a goal that pierced City’s vital armour.
