Josep Gombau has named his squad for Friday’s Hyundai A-League Round 12 match against Newcastle Jets at McDonald Jones Stadium.

There are three additions to the squad this week, with Brendan Hamill, Steven Lustica and Chris Herd all being promoted.
The Wanderers will be without defender Josh Risdon who will serve a one-match suspension following his fifth yellow card of the season in last week’s win against the Mariners.
The Wanderers travel to the Hunter to take on the high-flying Jets, who sit second on the ladder following their 2-1 win against Adelaide United last week.
The Red & Black celebrated a much-needed 2-0 win against Central Coast Mariners and now sit just outside the top six with a game in hand.
Friday will mark the second meeting between the two sides this season following Round 4’s 1-1 draw at McDonald Jones Stadium.
