Dean Heffernan has named his squad set to travel to Brisbane for tomorrow’s Westfield W-League clash against the Roar.
The Wanderers will enter into the Thursday night fixture with their best-ever start to the season, securing two wins in the first two rounds of the competition.
With the likes of imports Lynn Williams, Kristen Hamilton and Denise O’Sullivan settling nicely, there’s plenty of optimism and confidence in the Red and Black ranks.
But this will be a big test against a strong Roar side looking to get off the mark for the season in the clash at Lions FC Stadium.
While Brisbane lost their opener 3-2 against Melbourne Victory in Round 2, Jake Goodship’s squad created plenty of chances and will be better for that run.
