Ins & Outs for Saturday’s match against the Mariners

Josep Gombau has named his squad for Saturday’s Hyundai A-League Round 11 match against Central Coast Mariners at Central Coast Stadium.

Tickets to the match are still available here.

There are three additions to last week’s squad, with Oriol Riera, Mark Bridge and Chris Herd all being included.

The Mariners come into the match sitting in fifth place, four points above the Wanderers.

Saturday will mark the second league meeting between the two sides this season, following Round 2’s entertaining 2-2 draw at Spotless Stadium.

That match saw the Wanderers fight back twice to level the scores and they’ll be keen to not let the Mariners take the upper hand this time around.

Historically speaking this is a tight fixture, with the Wanderers holding a slight upper hand with seven wins to the Mariners’ five in their 18 meetings.

The last match in Gosford between the two sides came in Round 9 of last season, where the Wanderers ran out comfortable 4-1 winners.
