Tony Popovic has named his squad for tomorrow’s Round 12 Hyundai A-League match against the Brisbane Roar at Suncorp Stadium.
There are two additions to the squad this week, with Robert Cornthwaite and Shannon Cole listed in an extended squad.
Striker Kerem Bulut misses the trip to Brisbane after picking up an ankle injury.
The third-placed Roar will prove to be a tough test for the Wanderers, with John Aloisi’s men currently enjoying a nine-game unbeaten run following their 2-1 win against the Central Coast Mariners last week.
That run includes Round 8’s 1-1 against the Red & Black at Spotless Stadium, where an inspired Michael Theo managed to deny the Wanderers all three points.
There hasn’t been much separating the two sides in recent history: of the last six meetings, the Wanderers have won three and the Roar two, with one match being drawn.
