The Wanderers are set to play in their third match in a week tomorrow night when they travel to Nestrata Jubilee Stadium to take on Western United.

The Red & Black head into the match after a very disappointing defeat to Perth Glory, which slumped them to ninth spot and four spots outside of the Finals with two games in hand.

In a very similar position, Western United go into the fixture after a recent loss to Newcastle Jets.

A first-half headed goal from Roy O’Donovan proved to be enough for the Jets to take all three points, putting Western United above the Wanderers on the table on goal difference.

It is set to be a huge fixture for both clubs with their Finals Series hopes now coming down to the wire.

A win for either team and results going their way in the last matches of the season still has the possibility of giving one of the club’s a spot in the Top Six.
