Growing up in Katoomba in NSW’s Blue Mountains Linda played her junior football with Wentworth Falls United FC and Penrith Nepean United before moving to Marconi Stallions Football Club and NSWIS.

It wasn’t long until Westfield W-League sides sought out her signature with Sydney FC snaring the prized signing. Her performances with the Sky Blue were rewarded with two Premierships and Championship with the talented midfielder scoring the opening goal in the 2009 Grand Final.

Following Nathan Tinkler’s acquisition of the Newcastle Jets, including the Westfield W-League team, the Young Matilda joined the Novocastrians in a star-studded line-up. Though the team unexpectedly missed finals, Linda was a shining light.

When the Western Sydney Wanderers joined the competition in the 2012/13 season, Linda returned home and signed as a Foundation Player.

Linda made her Wanderers debut against Adelaide United in the club’s first ever match, made her 50th Westfield W-League appearance against Perth Glory in Round Five of the 2013/14 season and scored her first goal for the Wanderers against former side Newcastle Jets in Round Six of the 2013/14 season.

Linda completed the best season of her career winning the Wanderers Player of the Year award.
