Here’s information for all Members who are still waiting delivery of their Membership Packs. Make sure you get to the Derby early: with a new stadium there will be longer wait times that can be avoided by arriving earlier.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
- Members are no longer able to download or forward tickets through their MyWanderers Account because this functionality has to be switched off 60 hours prior to kick off for ANZ Stadium fixtures
- Members can either contact the Membership team now to have tickets emailed to them or they can collect from Membership Services Windows at Gates J/K and E/F
- Membership Windows will be open from 4.30pm on Saturday
Those who joined or renewed before 15 September
If you renewed or joined before 15 September you should receive your Membership packs by Friday 7 October in time for the Round 1 Sydney Derby at ANZ Stadium – brought to you by Event Cinemas – on Saturday 8 October. The last lot of Membership packs for those who joined by 7 October are expected to arrive this Tuesday and Wednesday.
Those who joined or renewed before 29 September
If you joined before Thursday 29 September your packs will be sent out on Tuesday and these are expected to hit letter boxes by the end of the week.
Those who joined or renewed from 30 September
If you joined from Friday 30 September you will need to contact the Membership team for a ticket or visit Gate E/F box office or Gate J/K box office on game day.
If you don’t receive your pack in time
If your pack doesn’t arrive please contact the Membership team during business hours or visit the Membership servicing windows at the Gate E/F box office or Gate J/K box office on game day.
RBB Active & GA Memberships
If you need your ticket printed out please get in touch with the Membership department as soon as possible on Friday. If you cannot get in touch with us, head to the Membership Windows on game day from 4:30pm.
Membership Windows are located at Gate E/F box office or Gate J/K box office and will be open from 4:30pm on Saturday.
