The Western Sydney Wanderers and N8 Esports have today announced their partnership for this season’s E-League.

The partnership will see the Wanderers E-League competitors: Xbox – Joseph Nassar (N8 OhNoAGoat), PS4 – Joel Andruszkiewicz (N8 JAz) and substitute Negede Hunegnaw (Tyrone), work with N8 Esports in the Esports High Performance Centre in Sydney, an environment for E-League competitors analysis, coaching and support during the 2019 E-League competition.

Following a fourth-placed finish in the inaugural season of the E-League, the Wanderers are aiming to go for the title this year with N8 OhNoAGoat returning for his second stint while N8 JAz joined the club for his very first season.

With the inclusion of a substitute in this year’s competition, the Red & Black have also recruited Western Sydney local Tyrone who will step in for Wanderers’ competitions when they are unavailable due to International tournaments.

Tyrone will step in for N8 JAz in Round 1 of the E-League competition as N8 JAz will be competition at the FUT Championship Cup in Atlanta.

N8 Esports Founder Nathan Patrick said he was excited for the partnership and the start of the E-League season.

“We are delighted to establish this partnership with the Western Sydney Wanderers, who are truly the most authentic and passionate club in Australia,” said Patrick.

“I know that [N8 Esports owner] Dave Harris, the Wanderers competitors, and the rest of the staff at the Esports High Performance Centre, will be giving their extensive support over the course of the E-League, and ensuring that this campaign is a successful one.”

The E-League kicks off tonight with the Wanderers taking on Perth Glory in the opening round of the 2019 competition.
