The Wanderers NPL 2 team will play in their final match of the NPL 2 home and away season on Sunday when they take on Mounties at Sydney United Sports Centre.

Mounties, whose last result was a 2-1 loss to Spirit FC, currently occupy fifth place on the table.

Wanderers legend Mark Bridge could line up for them on Sunday, while their squad also includes former Wanderers Academy goalkeeper Jack Groeneveld.

The last time the Wanderers played Mounties was in Round 13 and a Marley Peterson goal was not enough as the Red & Black fell to a 2-1 defeat.

The U20s, who have scored 16 times in their last four games, also play on Sunday afternoon.

The side can secure a top two finish and a bye in the first week of the finals with a draw.

Nicolas Milanovic is one player who has caught the eye in 2019.

Milanovic was promoted to the U20 squad this year after recording double goal figure tallies in 2017 and 2018.

The winger has been in excellent form over the second half of the season, scoring 11 goals in 11 games, and was rewarded with a first grade debut last week against Northern Tigers.

Angelo Kalamvokis has also impressed for the U20s.

A former Sydney Olympic player, Kalamvokis played regularly for the U18s last year before making the step up to the U20s.

This year, the Westfield Sports High School student has featured regularly in a backline which has conceded the least amount of goals in the U20 competition.
