It was a match played in 3 x 30 minute stanzas which allowed Coach Tony Popovic to rotate his squad throughout the match.
There was no score in the match until in the 80th minute when the Wanderers were awarded a penalty and the experienced Mark Bridge made no mistake from the spot netting the goal.
The match was played in great spirit and took place on the third day of week long training camp for the new Wanderers squad.

The Wanderers will remain in Brisbane until Thursday before heading to Lismore ahead of their match against the Melbourne Heart at Oakes Oval, Lismore on Friday night with kick-off at 7pm.
