Wanderers E-League player RDoubleTT has traveled to London to compete on the world stage for a place in the EA Sports FIFA 18 Global Series Playoff.

RDoubleTT began his qualification route in the FIFA 18 eWorld Cup Licensed Qualifiers powered by Gfinity Esports Australia and competed weekly in a tournament that ran between April 2 and April 18.

During this stage of the qualifiers, competitors win G-Points for their placement in each online Cup. These points then collect on a leaderboard with the top two players at the end of the tournament qualifying for the Gfinity Finals event in London.

RDoubleTT did the Red & Black proud and finished on the top of the PS4 leaderboard at the end of the online portion of the tournament. Joshingwood from Melbourne City was the other Australian E-League player to qualify for the PS4 Finals event.

The two finalists have recently flown over to London and were treated with a tour of Stamford Bridge.

They will now face off on Friday 11 May at 8pm for a place in the EA Sports FIFA 18 Global Series Playoff and a share of $15,000 in prize money.
