The Western Sydney Wanderers have finalised their 30-man squad for the upcoming AFC Champions League (ACL) Group Stage.
A mix of experienced players and youth will wear the Red & Black in the continental campaign with the Wanderers selecting a side that is set to make waves in Asian football.
With ACL regulations only allowing three foreign players plus an additional player from an AFC nation, captain Dimas, Aritz Borda and Nico MartÃnez have been selected with Jumpei Kusukami taking the AFC slot.
Youngsters Nicholas Suman, Keanu Baccus, Ramy Najjarine, Abraham Majok and Tariq Maia have all been called up into the Wanderers’ extended Champions League side along with new signings Ryan Griffiths and Stefan Zinni.
The Red & Black kick off their Champions League campaign next Tuesday night against Japanese heavyweights Urawa Red Diamonds at Campbelltown Stadium.
