The NRMA Insurance Western Sydney Wanderers Street Parade held by Parramatta City Council further highlighted the fantastic support of the community in the club’s inaugural season.
A crowd of around 10,000 fans lined the streets of Parramatta in Red and Black – chanting and cheering on the team as they drove around the city on a double decker bus.
Wanderers Executive Chairman Lyall Gorman was joined by Coach Tony Popovic and this season’s full playing roster to receive the City Keys from the Council.
Exit Row hit the stage, and fans were able to get photos and signatures of their favourite players.
The club would like to thank the Council for putting on such a fantastic event – it was much appreciated by all of us at Western Sydney Wanderers.
