Popovic and the Wanderers sealed a remarkable first place finish with a 3-0 win against the Jets in Newcastle.

4. FIFA Club World Cup appearance, December 2014

The Wanderers represented Australian football on the big stage in Morocco, becoming the first Hyundai A-League team to take part in the tournament.
