Growing up in the Blue Mountains, Trevor forged a deep passion with the game and coaching from a young age, working his way through the state leagues as a player before completing a physical education degree.

Since 1997, Trevor has overseen the development of some of Western Sydney’s best young talent in his role as Director of Football at Westfield Sports High School.
 
The NYL head coach boasts a highly esteemed managerial resume including the head coaching role of South Coast Wolves in the NSWPL and assistant coach to the Young Socceroos in 2012.
 
Trevor was announced as the head coach of the Wanderers National Youth League team in July 2012 and has been at the helm ever since, including during the Hyundai A-League 2014/15 season where he served as Tony Popovic’s assistant coach for the first team.
 
A true scholar of the game, Trevor holds an AFC Pro Diploma licence amongst several other qualifications.
