Western Sydney Wanderers FC have today confirmed their team that will take part in the E-League 2020 competition.

Vincent Troy (Vince_23_23) and Negede Hunegnaw (ANezer_) will represent the Red & Black in the revamped format of the competition that will see 11 rounds split over two Saturdays.

A Western Sydney local, Vince_23_23 has good experience on the global stage having finished in the Top 100 FIFA Ultimate Team rankings on multiple occasions.

Having played FIFA for 15 years on PlayStation and followed the club since it’s inception, Vince_23_23 said he was looking forward to his first season in the national competition.

“I’m very excited to represent the Wanderers for the upcoming E-League season,” said Vince_23_23.

“I’ve been wanting to represent a club and it just so happened that my local team got in touch with me, so it was a perfect match.”

ANezer_ already has experience in the E-League having been the Wanderers substitute player last season, playing in one game.

Despite not playing on his preferred console this season, ANezer_ still believes he’ll be a real threat in the competition.

“It feels awesome to represent a team that is locally connected to me,” said ANezer_.

“I wanted to represent the Wanderers on a full-time basis when I got selected by them as a substitute for the first time last season.”

The Wanderers will kick-off their E-League campaign on Saturday 15 February at ESL Studios in Sydney.
