Wanderers confirm NPL 2 squad

Western Sydney Wanderers FC have today announced their first grade squad for the upcoming NSW National Premier League 2 season.

Western Sydney Wanderers FC have today announced their first grade squad for the upcoming NSW National Premier League 2 season. 

14 of the 22 players in the squad hail from the Western Sydney region with some new and familiar Academy faces added to this season’s first grade squad. 

The Wanderers will be looking to build on their last season in the competition which saw them finish 7th on the table. 

The Red & Black will be once again led by Arthur Diles, who heads into the NPL 2 season off the back of another successful Foxtel Y-League campaign which saw the Wanderers secure back-to-back Grand Final appearances. 

Youngsters Oliver Pufflett and Noah Pagden are also set to continue their journey at the Wanderers Academy, having been part of the Wanderers Academy system since it’s inception. 

The Wanderers will kick-off the National Premier League 2 season this Saturday when they take on North Shore Mariners at Sydney United Sports Centre.
