Wanderers re-sign Jada Whyman and Courtney Nevin

Western Sydney Wanderers FC are today delighted to announce the re-signing of goalkeeper Jada Whyman and midfielder Courtney Nevin.

Whyman spent her formative years in Wagga Wagga before moving to Western Sydney to sign with the Wanderers in October 2015.

Returning from an injury last Westfield W-League season, Whyman will play an integral role in the Wanderers spine this coming Westfield W-League season.

Off the field, the gifted goalkeeper has been a tireless ambassador for the Western Sydney Wanderers having participated in over 50 community appearances and is a role model and mentor for Indigenous footballers in her local community and regional areas.

Whyman Nevin

Nevin debuted for the Wanderers last season and featured in nine matches after a stellar season with the Football NSW Institute NPL Women’s side where she scored 35 goals in a season. 

A recent graduate of Westfield Sports High School, the 17-year-old has been a regular selection in the Young Matildas squad and is ready to solidify her place at the Red & Black this season.
