The Western Sydney Wanderers today announced the signing of exciting Australian attacker Kwame Yeboah to the club on a two-and-a-half year deal.

The Queensland born attacker signs for the Wanderers after four years in Germany where he first signed for Borussia Mönchengladbach in 2014.

The 24-year-old comes highly acclaimed for his attacking versatility and eye for goal.

Having played previously in the Hyundai A-League for Brisbane Roar, Yeboah returns to Australia following stints with ‘Gladbach and Paderborn before his June 2018 signing with SC Fortuna Köln in the German 3.Liga.

Wanderers CEO John Tsatsimas said he was excited to see Yeboah in action for the Wanderers in the Hyundai A-League.

“Kwame is an exciting Australian player who we are delighted to be able to bring back to the Hyundai A-League following his extended stay in Germany,” said Tsatsimas.

“Bringing in quality Australian players is essential in this league and in Kwame we believe we have secured a real talent, someone that we believe will add a little extra to our squad.

“As a club we are fully focused on having a successful season and making a strong impression on the league in 2019 and beyond.”

Yeboah will be eligible to play following the International Transfer Window opening in early January.
