There’s less than one month to go until the Wanderers Westfield W-League team kick-off their campaign for the 2019/20 season.
With four Thursday night standalone blockbusters and three double headers at Bankwest Stadium with the Hyundai A-League team, it’s set to be a very exciting season for the Red & Black.
The Wanderers will open their campaign with a home Thursday night fixture on 14 November against Adelaide United at Marconi Stadium before playing in their first double header of the season against Newcastle Jets on Friday 22 November.
Two away matches will then follow against both Brisbane Roar on Thursday 28 November and Melbourne Victory on Saturday 7 December.
After a bye in Round 5, the Wander Women will be back in action in the Sydney Derby hosted at Bankwest Stadium on Friday 20 December.
Boxing Day will see the Red & Black travel to McKeller Park where they will take on Canberra United before another bye round.
January will be a busy month with the Wanderers playing in two home matches against Brisbane and Perth at Marconi and Bankwest, respectively, before rounding off the month with an away trip to Marden Sports Complex to face Adelaide United.
Following the FIFA International Break, the Red & Black will play in an away Sydney Derby on Saturday 5 February at Cromer Park before wrapping up the season against Melbourne City at Marconi Stadium and Glory at Dorrien Gardens.
