Talitha Kramer joined the Wanderers in the 2017/18 Westfield W-League season off the back of a fantastic campaign with Illawarra Stingrays in the Women's National Premier League. The versatile defender netted nine times in 19 matches for the Stingrays that season, helping them to a third-place finish.
